Cylinder Filling

We have developed a range of electronic cylinder filling scales that offer improved operability, a significant increase in safety and the opportunity to integrate the filling function with the accounting system.

Recently we have developed the first Carousel for filling all cylinders from 9kg up to 45 kG . Filling rates of approximately 150 x 45 kg cylinders per hour have been achieved with two operators. Carousels also allow a reduction in cylinder inventory and dock space.

Cylinder, filling units that attach to beam scales are also manufactured. These have a high degree of accuracy and have been field proven over many years.

Vapourisers

Air and Gas Industries manufactures a range of electrically fired vapourisers suitable for both LPGas and Anhydrous Ammonia with capacities up to 1500 litres per hour.

We also have experience in the design of total systems including mixing plants to produce both CNG and TLP.

Galvanising Kettles

Air & Gas Industries kettles are fabricated from a specially developed low carbon grade of steel supplied by BHP Australia.

The steel plates are manufactured to comply with the Australian Standard AS3678-A1006 - a grade specifically manufactured to prolong kettle life.

Air & Gas kettles are fabricated in conformance with Australian Standard AS1710 - all critical welds are ultrasonically tested to guarantee 100% weld integrity.

Multi Purpose Galvanising Assemblies

Air & Gas Industries has specialised in designing a range of compact multi-purpose plants that are extremely easy to install and commission.

These dual purpose plants are fitted with demountable spinning equipment which features a variable speed centrifuge equipped with "in bath" controlled agitation settings.

These assemblies are ideal for galvanizing pipe fittings - including elbows and tees, threaded bolts, a broad range of building hardware and chain.

PLC Furnace Control Systems

The AGI control systems are easy to operate and incorporate a host of features not normally available on control systems of this type.
  • Metal temperature is continuously monitored and displayed on a digital panel.
  • The information being recorded by the control system can be relayed to a remote terminal.
  • The system has been designed to permit rapid and efficient diagnosis of faults from any part of the world where a stable telephone connection can be maintained.
  • Sensors can be fitted to the flue to measure the amount of particulate matter being discharged. Alarms can be activated if the emission levels exceed pre-set values.
  • Oxygen monitors can also be fitted to optimise fuel usage.
The AGI Systems are innovative, yet extremely reliable.
